The Student Residency "Vista Los Volcanes" is a modern, newly constructed building located about 1 kilometer from the CPI Heredia campus. The school offers transportation every day in the morning and in the afternoons. The Student Residency have 4 rooms in the first floor and 2 one bedroom apartments in the second floor.  Shared common areas open to guests include: a kitchen, cafe area and third floor lounge with an attached balcony, affording a beautiful view of the volcanic mountain range. Typical breakfast is available daily for $5 and can be reserved on site.

 

1. Shared Room at Student Residency

Rooms are double occupancy (for 2 people) with 2 double beds. CPI students are placed with a roommate of the same gender, unless a couple or mixed-gender friends wish to be placed together.

 

 

2. Single Room at Student Residency

Rooms are single occupancy with one double bed. The room has private bathroom.

 

 

3. Studio Apartments

The Student Residency has 2 apartments in the second floor of the building. They have a beautiful view of the Barva Volcano and Poás Volcano. Each apartment has one bedroom with 2 double beds. The apartments are equipped with a small kitchenette, sitting area and a sofa bed. There is a balcony with a rocking-chair.

 

 

All CPI accommodations run from Sunday through Sunday .

Absolutely, no overnight guests.
