CPI Spanish immersion school is located in a country famous for peace in a region characterized by political turmoil. Costa Rica disbanded its army in 1948, allowing the country to re-focus its energies on building high-quality education and health care programs. With a population of a little over four million, Costa Rica now boasts a high literacy rate and a commendable national health care system.
