  • Tuesday: Poás Volcano; Spanish classes
  • Wednesday: Local community volunteer project, Spanish classes
  • Thursday: Sarapiquí Jungle Boat Tour, Spanish classes
  • Friday: Café Britt, Spanish classes
  • Saturday: Arenal Volcano
  • Sunday: Arenal Volcano, transfer to Monteverde
  • Monday: Guided hike of  Sta. Elena Cloud Forest  Reserve, Spanish classes, Frog pond
  • Tuesday: Trapiche typical farm, Spanish classes
  • Wednesday: Butterfly farm & serpentarium, Spanish classes
  • Thursday: Guided hike with focus on bird watching OR Canopy/zip line tour; Spanish classes
  • Friday:  Guided tour of hanging Bridges, Spanish classes
  • Saturday: Transfer to central valley - stop by Sarchi artisan center, farewell dinner

  • Or single placement in homestay during language study. Couples can also be accommodated (during week-end excursion to Arenal accommodation is at a hotel).
