Medical Spanish classes at CPI Flamingo

Students are placed according to level based upon a written exam and oral interview. The maximum class size is four students per class. Small class size makes for optimum learning as the students receive specialized attention from their professor.

Cultural Activities

After classes in the afternoons scheduled activities include: Latin dance class, tropical fruit class and free transportation to local beaches.

Excursions

During the week optional afternoon excursions are organized so that you may explore the Flamingo area. These range in price from $20 - $40. Activities include: an afternoon sunset cruise, outriggers, horse back riding along the beach, a mountain bike tour, snorkeling, and a jungle boat tour along the Tempisque river.

Students are placed according to level based upon a written exam and oral interview (Note: those students coming from Session I in Flamingo will already have their group placement and will continue to advance with the program). The maximum class size is four students per class. Small class size makes for optimum learning as the students receive specialized attention from their professor.

Cultural Activities

After classes in the afternoons scheduled activities include: Latin dance class, Latin cooking class and movie night at CPI.

Excursions

During the week optional afternoon excursions are organized so that you may explore the Monteverde area. These range in price from $20 - $40. Activities include: guided night hike of the Finca Ecológica, a hike of the Santa Elena or Monteverde Reserves, the Sky Trek (a series of canopy lines overlooking the rainforest), the Butterfly Farm or the Frog Pond.
